Cancellation Policy

**Photography Session Booking and Cancellation Policy** Thank you for choosing our photography services! We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring changes to your plans. The following policy is designed to balance flexibility for our clients while ensuring that we can continue offering the best service possible to all customers. **1. Booking Deposit:** A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photography session appointment. This deposit guarantees your spot on the desired date and time and will be credited towards the total cost of your session. **2. Rescheduling:** To reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule your session one time using the original deposit, provided that the new date is within 30 days of the original appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a suitable date within this time frame cannot be found, the deposit will be forfeited. **3. Cancellation Policy:** If you need to cancel your booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. While the deposit is non-refundable, if cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, you will have the opportunity to use your deposit towards rescheduling the session. This must occur within 30 days of the original date, and is subject to availability. **4. Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows:** Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another session. **5. Extreme Circumstances:** We understand that extreme and unavoidable circumstances, such as serious illness or family emergencies, can occur. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling beyond the usual terms, on a case-by-case basis. **6. Changes by Photographer:** In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booked session due to photographer illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your session at your earliest convenience, or receive a full refund of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking and cancellation policy. By making a deposit, you agree to these terms. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure that all clients receive the best service possible.
